We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after an order has been packaged and a shipping label has been purchased.

2. Product Descriptions & Photos
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through detailed descriptions and photographs.
Please note:
- Many items are natural stones and minerals
- Variations in color, texture, shape, and pattern are normal
- Monitor and screen settings may slightly affect color appearance
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photos of the shipping box and packaging

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before the order has been packaged and a shipping label has been created.
Once packaging and shipping preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
